Distance Work

It may seem surprising that somatic therapies can be given and received online, and is something that I only discovered during the Covid19 lockdown. Sessions are given over Zoom, and all you need is to find a space where you can sit or lie down undisturbed for an hour and I will guide you through the process.
Distance work offers many advantages for clients. Being treated at home is convenient and can be more relaxing, enabling clients to settle quickly into sessions in a familiar environment. It is more time efficient for people and provides help for people who are too disabled or too far to travel to clinic.
Please note that The Craniosacral Therapy Association has not sanctioned Distant Craniosacral Therapy, and as a loyal member of that Association I am bound not to use that terminology to describe my distance work.
