Craniosacral Therapy
What is it?
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) developed out of early osteopathy, which understood that there is a vital force in all things which in CST is called Primary Respiration, or the Breath of Life
How many sessions?
The first session will tell you if CST as I practice it is for you. I recommend an intial treamtent block of six sessions, and then progress and goals are reviewed.
How does it work?
Resuscitating the fluid body - I practice biodynamic CST, where the emphasis is on inviting stillness and space to dense systems. Given these two elements, the body's own intelligence makes the necessary adjustments and fluidity is restored.
Our Original Health

Who is it for?
CST brings the autonomic nervous system into the parasympathetic state, so is effective for those who want to slow down. It can help to resolve pain both physical and emotional. It is also helpful for those seeking to undertand and work with their subtle energetic nature.
