Nature's Way

'Shaking is nature's way of releasing tension'. TRE is different becasue of the involuntary nature of the tremoring. It is an animal response, and can be seen in the animal kingdom.

Self-Regulation

Most newcomers to TRE describe it as 'weird' but at the same time speak of a sense of relaxation and expansion after shaking. It is a simple mechanism, but can be an extremely useful self-regulation tool.

Tremoring

TRE is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. Created by Dr. David Berceli, PhD, TRE safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or tremoring that releases muscular tension and calms the nervous system.

Formats

You can learn TRE in a 2 hour class, or in a one hour 1-1 session in person or online. If you want to get a group of friends or colleagues together, I may be able to visit you to deliver an on site class. Please enquire.

Balance

When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the autonomic nervous system is able to return back to a state of balance.
